diskpart Overview
In computing, diskpart is a command-line disk partitioning utility included in Windows 2000 and later Microsoft operating systems, replacing its predecessor, fdisk. The command is also available in ReactOS. The diskpart is a utility used for partitioning internal hard drives but can not format removable media such as flash drives.

BIOS (basic input/output system) is a program that is preinstalled on the mainboard of most computers and activates the hardware when the system boots so that the operating system can communicate and interact with it. A bootable USB drive can of course be created on a different computer than the one you want to use it on later.
Requirements :
1. USB drive with at least 4GB of storage (for a 32-bit operating system) or at least 8GB (for a 64-bit system). To obtain a high working speed (or enable the creation of a portable operating system), the selected drive should support the standard USB 3.0. If the drive is already being used, make sure that it doesn’t contain any important or indispensable data.
2. An ISO file for the desired operating system that contains all setup files that you need for installation.
To create a bootable USB drive manually, you can simply use the Command Prompt as a Windows default program. Here are step by step to create a bootable USB drive as the Windows installation media.

1. Insert your USB flash drive to your running computer. Find cmd by typing 'cmd' in the search box on Windows Start Menu. After search result for 'cmd' appears, right click on it and select "Run as administrator".
2. Type 'diskpart' on Command Prompt (without quotes) and hit Enter. Wait for a while until the DISKPART program run.
3. Type 'list disk' to view active disks on your computer and hit Enter. There would be seen that the active disks shown as Disk 0 for hard drive and Disk 1 for your USB flashdrive with its total capacity.
4. Type 'select disk 1' to determine that disk 1 would be processed in the next step then hit Enter.
5. Type 'clean' and hit Enter to remove all of data in the drive.
6. Type 'create partition primary' and hit Enter. Creating a primary partition and further recognized by Windows as 'partition 1'.
7. Type 'select partition 1' and hit Enter. Choosing the 'partition 1' for setting up it as an active partition.
8. Type 'active' and hit Enter. Activating current partition. (If it shows any GTP error on active step, use this command to convert the partition to gpt and begin the process again. >diskpart >list disk >select disk 1 >clean >convert gpt >exit.)
9. Type 'format fs=ntfs quick' and hit Enter. Formatting current partition as NTFS file system quickly. (If your server platform supports Unified Extensible Firmware Interface (UEFI), you should format the USB flash drive as FAT32 rather than as NTFS. To format the partition as FAT32, type "format fs=fat32 quick", and then click ENTER.)
10. Type 'exit' and hit Enter.
11. To finish the process, you just have to copy the All Windows setup files to a bootable USB stick. This is done with a basic drag-and-drop. If you’re using an installation disc, you can also drag all setup files from there onto your drive (use the folder options to display all of the hidden files first). That’s all possible in the command prompt as well. For a source media with the drive letter “D:” and a USB drive with the letter “G:”, the corresponding command would look as follows: “xcopy D:\*.* G:\*.* /S /E /F” (all of the spaces are intentional). If you have Window ISO file, extract the file and copy the all setup files onto the USB Drive.
